    Delusional.

  2. @kainairsoft2331 on December 31, 2024 at 6:03 pm

I disagree because you need a brand and hardware identity. Xbox is lost in their vision, as they grow more desperate.
They rush to move on from this catastrophic generation but they are moving too fast, without rhyme or reason.
It seems like gen 9 is about to begin, gaming wise and they are already rushing without vision for a brand identity (who came up with everything is an Xbox), and no solid plans for the future. They got money, they have a trillion IPS, I truly belive they should become a third party publisher and abandon hardware.

The Xbox OS is Windows. Its part of the Universal Windows Platform. So no need to merge Xbox OS & Windows. Its likely needs items ported to it. Like the Linux subsystem to run Steam OS content.

One of the reasons why I do not buy many Xbox games is because I’m afraid according to PlayStation players, the Xbox won’t be making very many gaming consoles in the next generation and forward. So I guess I’m asking, do people know 100% the Xbox consoles are not gonna fade out? I do love my game pass because it saves me a lot of money compared to buying games full price on PlayStation, but that’s my main concern is that the Xbox console is going to fade away.

I think this is the reason Phil Spencer has been acting like xbox series sales are that not important, he knows everything is going to change next gen. I see a new Xbox OS ecosystem backed by azure cloud computing and Game pass on a very powerful PC-like console, but if that OS goes open source to third party hardware developers (Like Lenovo or Samsung), Xbox will become the future PC gaming platform since will be literally everywhere.

Remember when everyone said the PS5 pro was too expensive?
Now they are excited for third parties to make Xbox and charge $1000 plus dollars.

I never knew phil spencer has a son and leaking knews

  8. @immortaldragon8018 on December 31, 2024 at 6:11 pm

I don’t think this so called hybrid is the big w everyone expect it to be, because at the end of day it going to be worse than a PC on every aspect, not mention how heavenly restricted its going to be when it comes to mods and other stuff.

  9. @mr.2cents.846 on December 31, 2024 at 6:11 pm

I’m a graphic whore. I would buy a kick-ass Xbox. I they are smart, they will build it and make PC versions available for it. Far Cry 3, Far Cry 4,5,6.., Dying Light 1 & 2 …

  10. @JohnBerit69 on December 31, 2024 at 6:14 pm

This is gonna be so awesome!!! Pc/Console with xbox interface. I looking after a gaming pc now but this is 2 of the best worlds in 1. I hope they skip Xbox series s as minum and aim for a standard like xbox series x and up in performance to make it easier for developer to create games ❤🎉

  11. @thewatlingtons6047 on December 31, 2024 at 6:15 pm

The idea of a "console" that allows me to upgrade parts sounds terrible. Let us PC gamers overpay for parts. Let us buy a console to not have to.

  12. @riopato2009 on December 31, 2024 at 6:16 pm

Make me an Xbox device that utilizes an RTX gpu with graphics that actual takes advantage of all the eye candy.

  13. @sawsebawse2000 on December 31, 2024 at 6:17 pm

you do realize the xbox app/interface is installed on every windows 11 computer. you just go to it and load xbox titles. it’s not the windows store anymore. maybe check that sometime.

  14. @vanceg4901 on December 31, 2024 at 6:19 pm

I’m playing on my Xbox One S and PC skipping XSX. More interested in a possible upcoming AMD RDNA 4 or 5 Xbox.

ITS NOT ABOUT HARDWARE OR ECOSYSTEM , SMH 🤦‍♂️ ITS ABOUT EASE OF USE AND LOW MAINTENANCE. DRIVERS AND SYSTEN UPDATES TAKES PLACE AND WORKS THEM SELVES OUT , SO THE USER HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE. 💯🔥

  16. @ThatGuyNorm on December 31, 2024 at 6:20 pm

Wait what? This video is a copy and paste of every console launched by the Xbox EVER.

  20. @Cakebattered on December 31, 2024 at 6:23 pm

What we’ve learned from the Xbox Series S/X is that the more fragmentation of your console platform, the less game devs want to develop for it. Offering even more variations of the Xbox platform only makes it even less attractive to devs.

  21. @TheEliyas89 on December 31, 2024 at 6:24 pm

Next xbox would be a week pc . No thanks i have already a powefull pc

  22. @Deathtoislam on December 31, 2024 at 6:24 pm

I just want a elite series 3 controller already for my pc the series 2 i have now is inferior latency wise to the ps controller

  23. @davidwineholt on December 31, 2024 at 6:26 pm

Lmfao so what 3do did lol 😂
Quickest way to kill your console brand besides having no exclusives
Gonna be paying $1000 for a Xbox weaker than base ps5
Itd only Xbox that doing this and only Xbox thats pathetic enough to not have exclusives

  24. @1moblin2 on December 31, 2024 at 6:26 pm

xbox always was a pc in disguise of a console… xbox never was a real/true console anyway. even a lot of history videos says that

Xbox/ pc hybrid!!! Im buying it,,!! I think this is the only way to stop sony blocking games from going to xbox, question is could sony block their famed on the stesm version for that next gen xbox,??? I mean they dont block em on stesmdeck

  27. @StopGamers-rp1vu on December 31, 2024 at 6:30 pm

microsoft tried this before and failed lol xbox is dead this will kill it

  28. @Songwritersbehindthecurtain on December 31, 2024 at 6:32 pm

And what about the Simpsons road rage and hit and run?

  29. @Shannon-ul5re on December 31, 2024 at 6:33 pm

If third party vendors start making Xbox, that so Sega! I recently sold my Xbox x as it hasn’t been played in 6 months. I moved everything to a very high PC, I won’t be looking g back anytime soon.

  30. @gs8494 on December 31, 2024 at 6:34 pm

Whatever the final result is, we need Xbox to be strong if only to keep Sony honest. Cards on the table I’m multiplatform, I have a high end PC, Series X, PS5, and a Switch as well as old consoles going back over the years, the main reason, except for Nintendo, isn’t for exclusives it’s because I have a lot of friends in the different ecosystems, I enjoy playing different games with the different friends I have in the spaces I play on, cross play is changing that but I still like to own the different options, for me exclusivity is a crutch let people play what they want, where they want, end of.

As for Xbox going up against Steam don’t hold your breath, Microsoft is a trillion dollar corporation and they dwarf Sony but struggle to beat them, Steam is privately controlled by Gabe Newell and doesn’t answer to stakeholders and shareholders, and more importantly while Steam is a business and exists to make money no one is more acutely aware of how important the end user is like him and Steam doesn’t have the corporate mentality of all of the money all of the time. The direction Xbox is going is more down to their failure to dominate the console market then any talk of altruism towards gamers and making gaming better for everyone, it’s a profit driven motivation because unlike Steam, Xbox and Microsoft are beholden to stakeholders and shareholders, that’s just the facts, that said if altruism towards gamers and gaming is going to generate profits they want then it’s good but I don’t see that happening quickly enough to satisfy the money people.

  31. @DarthRaver-og7qq on December 31, 2024 at 6:34 pm

I thought about this years ago. Im so glad theyre doing this. A top of the line ASUS or Alienware "xbox" would be so sick. I cant wait to hear announcements about this

  32. @dxthing7477 on December 31, 2024 at 6:36 pm

Wow, the Xbox trash bin is another garbage piece of hardware from Microsoft lol

  33. @stothAjs on December 31, 2024 at 6:36 pm

i know people are going away from pc’s to mobile devices but it doesnt make sense to have pcs/laptops/mobile/consoles. the consoles cost money to produce. eliminate that and go software only and make mobile versions of those games. steam isnt going to make a console, they re more likely to make a cell phone. cloud gaming needs to be better and it will be but the margins will be huge and comfort of online purchases and gaming will be just easier. seems like tesla people who want to hold on to their pedals and steering wheel. its gone.

  34. @Stank-Stankson on December 31, 2024 at 6:36 pm

I’d absolutely be all in on a $1000 console, because I’m never buying a pc for one, and I have an 8K tv. And right now Sony’s PS5 has games looking better on my tv than my series x.

  35. @untoldtruth1975 on December 31, 2024 at 6:40 pm

it wont change anything if microsoft really wanted to do game changing things they would open their own chip factory instead of buying off of AMD.

  36. @riopato2009 on December 31, 2024 at 6:40 pm

There’s also the potential that’s not stressed enough. The ability to have Xbox and steam and everything else that runs on Windows under one system. This includes every emulation app and also geforce now. To be able to switch around every gaming platform on a handheld would be revolutionary making consoles like the PS5pro and Switch 2 look like a toy gadget in comparison.

  37. @amnril on December 31, 2024 at 6:41 pm

So it’s going to be a Xbox labelled PC. Exactly like what valve attempted with the steam machine. Wasn’t this move totally obvious?

  38. @RedStickAtheist on December 31, 2024 at 6:42 pm

So Microsoft is taking the excellent google Stadia model, but unlike Google, they will actually push and advertise it.

  39. @Brentt777 on December 31, 2024 at 6:44 pm

Your channel will die too if there is no more xbox console. What you are describing is a PC.

  40. @anthonyayre2910 on December 31, 2024 at 6:45 pm

    Rip in sony

  41. @Songwritersbehindthecurtain on December 31, 2024 at 6:47 pm

Does that mean shrek on the original Xbox and shrek 2 will be on the next gen Xbox pc console?

  42. @benjamina6915 on December 31, 2024 at 6:49 pm

Imagine getting a next gen Xbox from MS for the same good old prices… that’s all I want.

  43. @FILTHYGEARSMUSIC on December 31, 2024 at 6:50 pm

Just like gamepass? 😂😂😂😂😂 nobody wants to admit Xbox is clueless huh?

  44. @iEatClayArt on December 31, 2024 at 6:51 pm

If I could swap out a graphics card and other key components that make a gaming PC great but on a new Xbox console every few years I would absolutely be all in on Xbox again.

  45. @Dogger1230 on December 31, 2024 at 6:51 pm

Can’t deny I’m a bit confused about what’s actually going to be done. I just hope they’ll still have an Xbox console like the current series x

  46. @davidwineholt on December 31, 2024 at 6:52 pm

Xbox is putting everything on Playstation going forward

  47. @Mikinct on December 31, 2024 at 6:53 pm

Not disagreeing BUT only reason I decided to buy my Xbox series S to play MSFS2020 a few years ago over a PC was "Price of Entry" was doable at $299

If future xbox hardware/PCs aren’t gonna be proced at $299 nor $499 proce ranges.

Main downsides with non upgradable hardware is as soon as its out its all downhill.

If I could easily add more ram to my Xbox that thing would be awesome. That’s Xbox main Achilles heel. With today’s AAA titles 10gb orb16gb ram isn’t going to cut it

  48. @Joseph_Soda on December 31, 2024 at 6:53 pm

The Xbox app on PC is shit

  49. @gangwu4541 on December 31, 2024 at 6:59 pm

This will on,y make gaming more expensive and more shitty woke MS games.

  50. @MisterUrbanWorld on December 31, 2024 at 7:00 pm

If we could get an Xbox PC hybrid that allows me to use VR I’m buying ASAP.
