  12. @kyleb2044 on July 25, 2025 at 8:06 pm

I’ve been running mid end Asus routers for years now, they’re solid. I put open source merlin firmware on them out of curiosity, but the Asus firmware is plenty expansive in what it can do.

  26. @stevenswall on July 25, 2025 at 8:26 pm

Can it handle dozens of devices streaming video without dropping frames like Ruckus?

  27. @beardpwn282 on July 25, 2025 at 8:29 pm

What makes it even more impressive is that you can spend that cash with real router, ubiquity and wifi pucks with the same shit.

  28. @EnigmaResearchTeam on July 25, 2025 at 8:31 pm

That hair on the phone got me

  29. @r35tmanbash on July 25, 2025 at 8:31 pm

  33. @n8dawg727 on July 25, 2025 at 8:38 pm

Yeah for like $800-$1000 is rediculous. A router should not cost the same as a mid tier pc lol smh 🤦 no thanks

  34. @liviup6660 on July 25, 2025 at 8:40 pm

    1000£ NO THANKS 😂

  35. @tonystarkazoid7034 on July 25, 2025 at 8:40 pm

Ez. Asus has made the best routers for the last 15 years and this is proof as to why. They are the NVIDIA of routers. Premium price included. Yep I go all out every 5 years with Asus 😊

  36. @AzLloydsFishN on July 25, 2025 at 8:42 pm

I want it, but $800 ish after
    Taxes and a 4yr warranty.
So i settled for the GE800

  37. @EnergyFrequencyVibration-d6d on July 25, 2025 at 8:44 pm

WiFi 7 routers aren’t needed if you have anything with 2.5Gbps internet or less. You can get WiFi 6E routers and still have your near wired gigabit speeds. WiFi 7 routers are for people who have 10Gbps internet.

  38. @Matthamatic on July 25, 2025 at 8:46 pm

You can just say "from ASUS", the way you said it made me double check that there was wasn’t a new company called HeyZeus. Also where do we get "Zeus" from ‘Sus"?

  39. @Larimuss on July 25, 2025 at 8:46 pm

Another giant rip off scam designed to just steal people’s money.
    1. Antennas are mostly fake, they add additional plastic to make it look better.
    2. More antennas doesn’t necessarily = better wifi.
    3. A cheap ass piece of hardware can transfer 10gbps easily on lan
    4. If your willing to spend that much, Get yourself a UniFi dream machine pro and 1-2 access points. Configure, not hard, enjoy 2x better wifi with 2-3x more coverage if ceiling mounted and gigabit internet, plus CCTV if you want add cameras, plus remote management, and shit ton other way better features.
    5. If you’re just playing counter strike and watching Netflix. Just get yourself cheap router that’s reliable with gigabit port. They don’t cost much. Most of your shit should be on lan anyway.

  40. @Gameplayer55055 on July 25, 2025 at 8:46 pm

I’d buy Ubiquiti or Mikrotik instead of this

  41. @elcolin_ on July 25, 2025 at 8:46 pm

imagine bragging about a ridiculously expensive router with dual 10g ports and then showing off your phone wifi not even breaking 1g LMAOOOOOO

just build a custom mini PC sff with OPNSense and get a nice AP etc

  42. @rogerhalt3991 on July 25, 2025 at 8:47 pm

No need for it to look like that but gamers be gamers

  43. @MultiDarkZen on July 25, 2025 at 8:48 pm
