This 100-inch 4K laser projector makes me want to ditch my TV

The Hisense L9H price hasn’t been announced yet, but if Hisense sticks to the same pricing from its previous-gen Laser TVs, the 100-inch configuration will be priced around $4,500 before TV deals. If it’s between that and a $24,000 OLED, I think the Laser TV is the more cost-effective option.

yea i brought a Chinese projector under 200$, it has 800 nits and work with and without light perfectly, it came along with two gaming controllers, 64 GB memory card filled with 30000 Games, and it has wifi 6, Bluetooth, auto adjustment, HDMI, two USB Ports, Good quality Surrounding Speakers built in, external speaker jacks, android 14 and memory card port. it also have low latency for gaming since its a gaming projector, around 20ms, so yea i think its more than worth it. am talking about p50 max

Stare at the laser for 15 seconds and you will never need glasses again, or LSD.
You will only need a stick or someone to help you cross the street but you’ll never need glasses again, or eyes

You look awesome and the projector is great

  18. @shadowhacker27 on August 7, 2025 at 9:29 pm

Does it come with the special ALR screen in the back? Otherwise not worth it since it is ALL about the screen. Even old projectors look like that with those screens.

  26. @JORGINHODONASCIMENTO on August 7, 2025 at 9:37 pm

You should never have a laser projector at home, on the ground level, if you have pets. Curiosity will make them blind!

These days, 100" roughly TV’s are so damn cheap. Especially if you wait for a holiday sale. I use to want an Ultra short throw but now, I’ll just go and buy the damn TV ! So cheap, don’t even need warranty.

  29. @Prashantha-vx4lm on August 7, 2025 at 9:38 pm

    Does it make fan sound

  31. @lexicon612 on August 7, 2025 at 9:42 pm

All projection video systems have one main drawback. To project HD requires lots of power which creates lots of heat. The cooling systems are anything but quiet. Get used to the sound of fans because that’s what you will hear at low volumes. If sound quality of your system is a priority, just buy a quality 75 inch panel. Your ears will thank you.

Hi I need a projector that will work from short range (no more 50cm) either short throw or ultra short I’m not sure, on amazon they have the short throw projectors where you can see the difference between the normal ones where the lens is on the top instead of the side, but some of the normal projector are claiming that it is short throw too but I just can’t see them working very close to my wall as the lens isn’t tilted like the short throw. Can anyone help shed some light on this please can you tilt the normal ones so they will work up close range? I think the cheapest ultra was £350 ( flat projector with tilted lens ) but I don’t have this much money

  34. @teslacybertruck750 on August 7, 2025 at 9:45 pm

It’s good but a TV will eat it for breakfast lunch and Dinner.

The TV can be watched in a bright room without losing much contrast

  35. @chvzme on August 7, 2025 at 9:48 pm

HiSense and their $1K Dlls TV’s that die on you after a year and dont care about warranty
