Alright, trying to figure out what the best mini photo printer is in 2025? It’s a tough choice! In this video, I’m putting five of the most popular portable photo printers head-to-head: the Fujifilm Instax Mini Link 3, the Canon SELPHY CP1500, the Polaroid Hi-Print (Gen 2), the Canon Ivy 2, and the super slim KODAK Step Slim. I’ll be comparing them on everything that matters – think juicy details on print quality (we’re talking ZINK printers vs dye-sublimation printers here), how easy they are to actually carry around (essential for a good pocket photo printer or photo printer for travel), their connectivity options (like which is the best photo printer for your phone with Bluetooth or Wi-Fi), how fast they churn out prints (printing speed matters!), and of course, the value for money, because who doesn’t want an affordable photo printer? I’ve scored each instant photo printer across these areas, with some things counting more than others, to really find out which one deserves the crown this year. Stick around for this detailed mini printer review and comparison to see how these top contenders stack up!

who cares about portability, just get a real printer at home?? these tiny prints look like garbage anyway. bet they fade in like a week. waste of plastic.
hey i saw the selphy needs an external power source sometimes? does that mean i cant use it outside at all without buying extra stuff? kinda defeats the purpose of portable right
Holy Shit these comments are aggressive 🤣 thanks for the review!

Nostalgic charm? you mean bad resolution and weird colors? people will really convince themselves anything looks good if it costs enough money huh. unbelievable.
Wkwkwkwk why so much hate in the comment😂😂😂, do something better
This was a Kodak Step slim commercial..
Polaroid invented instant photos everyone knows that. All these other brands are just fakes trying to cash in. If it aint polaroid film its not a real instant photo simple as.
i dont get it, why not just buy an actual polaroid camera if you want that instant print feel? seems way more authentic than printing from your phone onto something that looks kinda like a polaroid. this whole product category is confusing and pointless. just get a full size printer or use your phone screen. this is for losers.
Real photographers use laser printers for tiny prints. These toy printers cant handle real detail like a laserjet can. total waste of money buy a real printer if you care about photos
lol why buy these just use a normal inkjet printer and cut the photos small??? better quality anyway these zink things are trash
To complicated
why are people even buying these things anymore lol. just look at your phone screen? printouts are so 2005. people spending money on this are actual clowns
Okay watched the whole thing and honestly? This is ridiculous. Grown adults arguing about which tiny, low-res, overpriced photo printer is ‘best’. Newsflash: they’re all bad. The quality is universally terrible compared to even a cheap online print service, let alone a proper photo printer. Anyone buying these clearly has more money than sense and just wants a novelty toy to clutter up their house for a month before it ends up in a drawer. If you NEED physical photos just send them to walgreens its cheaper and looks 100x better. stop wasting time on this garbage tech. seriously who buys this crap.
Can you use any type of paper with these or do you HAVE to buy the specific brand paper? seems like a scam to lock you in.
Thanks for sharing this information.
lol at calling any of these best print quality. they all use cheap tech compared to a proper photo printer. inkjet printers from 10 years ago probably do better. just admit you like the idea of it not the actual photo. its pathetic honestly.
who even prints photos anymore this is such a boomer thing to do unless you’re like 12 making a scrapbook?? get with the times gramps its all digital
dye sub is the ONLY way to go for photos zink is just faded garbage that looks bad instantly. anyone saying otherwise is blind or getting paid lol
