You can just get a TV that is just about this big but with an OLED screen for deep blacks and high contrast. Even the theoretical best projector isn’t actually that great because it had inherently limited contrast and color accuracy compared to OLED panels
I stopped when i heard $6k. Not because that’s too expensive, but because that’s nowhere near the amount you’d have to spend to get one of the best projectors on the market. This is just a normal price, all things considered.

I paid 1500NZD brand new for motorized 150inch screen and projector. Yeah it’s only 1080p (BENQ), but it looks crisp.
Would be a much better experience with dark grey paint all over your walls and a grey screen
