Damn, S/A tier summary at the end.😢

  2. @lrvogt1257 on December 31, 2024 at 6:12 pm

My frustration is finding a tray that can be mounted BEHIND the desk. My new desks are small and have a back panel so the back of the desk is a flat surface. I’m looking for a 24—32" x 4" tray to hold everything that is mounted to the vertical plane. Everything I find is mounted to the bottom of the table top,the horizontal plane, and that doesn’t work for me. Any ideas?

  3. @arrynroyce72 on December 31, 2024 at 6:18 pm

Dude gets right into it without a several minute quirky introduction. I love it!

  4. @sajintamang1037 on December 31, 2024 at 6:18 pm

All of these can be found under 20$ , some product comes with over 180 pieces for less than 20$

  5. @kinkstou on December 31, 2024 at 6:22 pm

    amazingg

  6. @ExileSparroW on December 31, 2024 at 6:26 pm

"I put this in A Tier only because the price is a bit high" —– $137
"S tier" —– $205 —– Labeled as "BTOD" —– Just say "We made it so we gave it S tier and a high pricetag"

  7. @TheFunLuvnCRIMINAL on December 31, 2024 at 6:26 pm

    Unsub.

  8. @TeraAFK on December 31, 2024 at 6:27 pm

9:35 the hole at the end of those Velcro cable ties are supposed to go around a single cable to keep the tie in place, not around the entire bundle

  9. @Rupis94 on December 31, 2024 at 6:28 pm

Can someone explain the costs of these metal boxes… PC cases with tempered glass cost around 100 and have way more complexity to make. What is this overpriced S*&T. How can you say not overly expensive for a metal rectangle with few holes and a hinged door

  10. @Ahnii on December 31, 2024 at 6:28 pm

Pretty awkward to see you casually list your own products, calling them "truly the ultimate solution", "your best product", "unmatched by anything on this list, easy S-Tier" while failing to address the obvious conflict of interest and possible bias…

  11. @LovesGames113 on December 31, 2024 at 6:30 pm

what only shop at the office stores not build something or going to building supply stores to uses on your deck?

  12. @StardustLegacyFighter on December 31, 2024 at 6:31 pm

It’s fair to say that the most expensive option on this list is in a completely different league.

I think quite a few ppl are just upset by the fact that it’s made by same company that is also reviewing other products, and also because it’s easy to jump on the hate bandwagon.

I’m happy with my relatively cheap yet functional non-drill cable management tray for now, but would certainly look to buy something that looks and feels solid.

  13. @natecook06 on December 31, 2024 at 6:34 pm

I have two of the BTOD cable management boxes and they are the best. I used to have separate desks for Mac and PC and liked them. Now it’s all combined and I couldn’t live without these boxes. One is completely full – the desk has a Mac, PC, Steam Deck, headphone dac and amp, speaker equipment, USB hubs, two power strips from the UPS on the floor, and more. It’s all neatly organized and fit’s perfectly. Closing the box is so satisfying and I would never use a different solution for this desk.

So much organization and cable management just to make cluttered video for youtube, just give me the S tier list and links

  18. @npz1838 on December 31, 2024 at 6:39 pm

Zip ties are S tier for me. Unmatched in price, strength, and ease of use 💪

  23. @atramagast on December 31, 2024 at 6:46 pm

Great Informative video n very helpful, question…..I use bigger surge protectors, the 12 outlet type not the long kind but the fatter kind and I’d prefer a cable management tray/box look (the tray that mounts under the desk) are there any trays that are not the wire type that are large enough for the surge protectors I use? So far the closest thing I’ve seen is the Vidor tray, would love your take on it and advice on getting a larger tray that conceals cables as opposed to wire trays that expose them.

  24. @ats1995 on December 31, 2024 at 6:48 pm

I’d love to see some other brands like IKEA mixed in. For me Amazon shipping and import is rather expensive, so almost none of the products are actually worth getting for me.
Otherwise love your videos, great content and insight 😄

  25. @Jay-fy4zy on December 31, 2024 at 6:48 pm

I was hoping to see some clamp on options. Short story, I would prefer not to drill into my desk.

  26. @HugoCoolDude on December 31, 2024 at 6:48 pm

i am really missing the steel underdesk organisers. Those are really awesome. especially if you also have a usb/thunderbolt hub.
Also keystone USB inserts, those are cheap ways to make modular cable routing a reality

  27. @sierraecho884 on December 31, 2024 at 6:49 pm

S Tier is wireless connection xD

  28. @vzangel on December 31, 2024 at 6:51 pm

    Your PC doesn’t have a CPU ??

  31. @tkay4401 on December 31, 2024 at 6:54 pm

Strongly disagree about the Enonci raceway. I went straight to this one because of its flat, low profile. It is more than enough for the cables I have on my desk, and I love how out-of-sight / out-of-mind it is. It is PERFECT for my application.

  32. @isuru944 on December 31, 2024 at 6:55 pm

BTod ultimate cable management box for +200 USD 😶 Easily D or F tier

  33. @neccros007 on December 31, 2024 at 6:57 pm

Anything that clamps on??? I dont want to screw or stick anything to my desk

  34. @Boltbacker83 on December 31, 2024 at 6:58 pm

Wow, the BTOD product is "S-Tier" what a shock.

  35. @OzairPatel1 on December 31, 2024 at 6:58 pm

Good video, didn’t mind you rated your own product but I wish you explicitly disclosed. I had no idea until I read the top comment. Feels a bit unethical to not disclose. Overall, thanks for the no frills overview

  36. @YUQI____ on December 31, 2024 at 6:59 pm

    S-tier video

  37. @bags. on December 31, 2024 at 7:00 pm

Why use so many power strips instead of a battery backup for computer?

  38. @GanJosie on December 31, 2024 at 7:01 pm

S-tier cable management for me: Pegboards (Ikea or whatsoever) + cable clips + velcro for cable from monitors and cpu = all cables are gone. 😂

I am only 35 and using any adhesive based cable management solutions has already proven useless after 4-8 months. I have never had anything last as long as I needed it to before doing a desk refresh. Stick to Zip ties, screw downs cable boxes, and the Alex Tech type cable sleeves, these are the only solutions that you can rely on for more than a years time.

  41. @reyvgm on December 31, 2024 at 7:03 pm

I didn’t want this video to end.

  42. @minhan3706 on December 31, 2024 at 7:05 pm

Please organize the videos according to tiers. Video is so useful but a headache at the same time

  43. @jimzon on December 31, 2024 at 7:07 pm

Was going to buy your product, but it seems that your Cloudflare solution blocks our IPs where I surf from. (I work for one of the largest network company in the world.) 😀

  44. @observer8838 on December 31, 2024 at 7:08 pm

I found this useful – never having tackled the spaghetti behind my desk. But, with a new open desk I found this a great guide to what works and why. Sadly, the prices are ridiculous. I found a 50cm metal tray for £10 so I and going to give it a shot as it won’t break the budget!

  45. @Calcearius on December 31, 2024 at 7:10 pm

I’d take the cable tidy kit out of S and put it in F tier. The stick on cable routing clips are only good for a couple of months before they start coming off. I’ve been through loads of them. I’d avoid anything with 3M sticky tabs if you want it to last longer than a few months. The velcro cable ties that were included in your kit are very good and useful though. I bought a pack of 100 for a few bucks on amazon and they’ve lasted 2 years and I still have about 50 left!

  46. @florianschonfeldt6531 on December 31, 2024 at 7:10 pm

dude i just found, and i have to say that i apriciate u straight up starting with information in the first second. No time wasted <3

  47. @umerqureshi7061 on December 31, 2024 at 7:10 pm

With such videos where you’re reviewing multiple products, a recap at the end is helpful. Great review video overall! 👍🏽

  48. @imatkingTX on December 31, 2024 at 7:11 pm

Seriously great video! Thank you for showing and reviewing each of these. I’m setting up my cable mgmt system this coming week and this helped me know what to order and be able to see it in action. Appreciate it!!!

  49. @kobrakai3424 on December 31, 2024 at 7:11 pm

    Ikea signum?

  50. @efad3215 on December 31, 2024 at 7:11 pm

    Two things
    1. The way you used the cable straps made me die inside a little. Use the small slit to keep it on one run of the cable, then use the excess to bundle it up.
    2. Where would you rate the LTT mount system on this list?
