My sit to stand desk, chair and footstool cost half of that needless riser. Practical is not the word any would use.
When cleaning electronics, like that mini keyboard and your monitor, I recommend spraying the towel and then wiping. That way, you don’t have to worry about any excess liquid seeping into the case.
