does it kinda feel like the logitech g440 cause ive been using it and i like it but it wears down quickly
Bro uses compression sleve for gaming lol
I though i could buy one for 30 dollars max but those pads are way more expensive, 120 for a mouse pad are u craazy?
What about for FPS like Valorant and CS2?
me using my grandma 90s ikea mouse pad
5:24 MOUSE NAME PLS
$140 for a mousepad is insane. You can go 1 GPU tier up with that money, which would arguable give you a much bigger bump in gaming experience than a mousepad.
what mouse skates do u use bro?
is this mousepad good for cs2? (i have low sens, using qck heavy)
nah glass is a no go unless you love the sound of finger nails on a chalkboard
Do I Neeeeeeeeeeed a sleeve
what is that blue and white mouse?
el unico hecho de que los PROfesionales como "CS" no utilicen glass mousepad, es porque no son auspiciados como con logitech, razer, o alguna otra marca conocida.
I just hate the grindy feeling they give and the dirt they attract
Is there a hard pad / glide pad like this that comes in a deskpad size? For cs surf I used to use C4 NGen 04, which is made of teflon "42 x 18" but mine is worn and they dont make it anymore. Are there other alternatives?
Ordered it for next day let’s see how it goes
In my understanding this wouldn’t be good for quick scope sniping where you need ultra control to get the target
I’ve been interested in buying this mousepad but have heard various people say that the QC is inconsistent and speeds from sp-004s will differ from one another. One will be super fast and the other one they order will be a lot slower. Will this be fixed ?
So i just picked up this mousepad. I was super excited. I put the skates on my mouse and tried it only to be disappointed. My optical mouse stutters alot on the surface. Tested it again on my regular pad with the skates and it still works great.
I REALLY REALLY REALLY want to use this glass pad now that ive already payed for it. So i want to ask you what mouse i should upgrade to? I need something that will track on this glass pad but i cant find anything online that leads to any specific models that work. I have to find something with a mmo styler 12 button side panel tho, i play shooters lots of abilities and stuff.
I really hope you see this and can help out.
I was using stock skates on my superlight and the SP-004 felt "ok" but certainly not better than my cloth pad. Once I changed to the obsidian air skates I started to really feel a bigger difference.
Edit: After a bit over a week of testing here are my pros/cons:
pros: 1 can be cleaned easily – 2 doesn’t wear down – 3 offers a bit less friction with the right mouse-skates
cons: 1 small dust will make mouse-skates sound/feel scratchy – 2 wears down mouse-skates faster – 3 humidity makes your skin stick
conclusion: For now I will stick with the SP-004 because I like the consistent feel of it but if someone asked if I recommend it OVER a cloth-pad? The answer is definitely NO! You must weigh the pros and cons for yourself.
i do opposite. glass dot skates on pulsar paraspeed pads(cordura). I don’t need to change skates as they last forever and cordura pad is also very sturdy and fast. plus I don’t have to put my arms on a cold glass pad. I do use arm sleeves but i guess it’s not a must with this combination.
why does bro have half a mouse
My man says Glass like Gloss 🙂
My main concern with such pads is that any dust particle will be noticed by your hand and you’ll feel how it scratches the mouse.
Glass pads are basically improved plastic hardpads right? I have very old steelseries 4hd (plastic) and i wonder how glass feels compared to this 1, anyone had them both?
I’ve used the same Icemat (a very old glass mousepad) for years, through many PC, mouse, and keyboard changes. If it breaks, I’ll buy another glass pad, no matter the price. Totally worth it.
I still use my OG steel series glass icemat
Not sure if anyone asked this but, can you share your dpi and sens for overwatch while using the pad?
Have you played valorant or cs2 using this mousepad?
skypad was a pretty cool and recognizeable name why did they drop it
What do you think about the razer atlas?
5:56 You shouldn’t use the black dot skates that comes with the Superglide V2 glasspad (obsedian pro clone) if you don’t want it to be a control pad, that makes the higher dynamic friction and the bitey muddy feeling. Use the red obsedian dot skates it makes a lot of difference I use it and its now smoother to the surface. Try it again and I want to hear your opinion ❤️
I dont think this matters, cuz if it did, either you or all top players would only be who have these mouse pads or 0 friction mouses. Which is not the reality.
I have an Icemat glass mousepad that I’ve used for 20 years and it still looks brand new
Ordered. Should have it by Thursday ! Thanks Optimum 3:10
Ok bro, but I am not willing to rock a gaming sleeve in summer just because I want that mousepad
Nah $100 for a mouse pad hell nooooo
so are you at least top frag / high rank or just casual
what bout the noise
$130 for plastic? W video though.
$120 for a piece of glass is diabolical
bhai mousepad dey da
4:45 I’m out here using a sleeve on cloth lihsepad already😂
sea el dia, mes o cualquier epoca del año tengo que usar manga para brazo porque sudo como puerco xd
Got my Viper V3 Pro yesterday (along with my sleeve and X-Raypad Optimum Pro Air dots for the skates), and only got a couple of hours until this mousepad arrives so looking forward to a serious OW2 session to try them both out together. Always been a clothie/hybrid pad user so looking forward to giving this a shot, while knowing I’ll have to be patient while adjusting to it.
what mouse is that??
Please review Razer Sphinx
I have tried glass skates on cloth and other cloth like material. It was smooth, but felt like there was more resistance when pushing around the mouse. PTFE on glass, though it was still smooth, it didnt feel "silky" like glass on cloth, but there is barely any resistance to move the mouse.
Or best of both world, glass skate on mouse and fabric or ptfe mousepad ? To avoid sticky skin on glass
If I don’t have a glass pad, I’m either playing on the desk itself or not playing at all. For some odd reason, every time I touch a mouse pad, the fabric makes me cringe. Lol. Plus, a flat desk is way better than a fabric surface in competitive gaming environments. xD
