I use batteries on my ring cameras with solar panels connected to them. I love the fact that I don’t have to recharge the batteries.

  3. @arifaizzudin on April 7, 2025 at 9:12 pm

  6. @Caszmerekitty on April 7, 2025 at 9:14 pm

Any that dont require the use of wifi? I have a ring and if we forget to pay our bill and the wifi goes out the camera stops working.. along with some other issues like not being able to backup recordings.. its really useless.

  7. @Dds75 on April 7, 2025 at 9:15 pm

  8. @spartainwarrior6445 on April 7, 2025 at 9:15 pm

Btw for some wired cameras that use Ethernet cables you don’t need a power outlet as you can use POE (power over Ethernet

  9. @HouseRLS on April 7, 2025 at 9:17 pm

Wired, I actually enjoy running my own Ethernet cable and crimping it to any length I need.

  10. @edp2506 on April 7, 2025 at 9:17 pm

  20. @andimack. on April 7, 2025 at 9:31 pm

I guess for setting up a Secret Camera in your room in case your siblings get in after you lock it and start troubling your stuff, A Wireless Camera might be the way to go. Yeah I say Wireless cause when you get home you can charge the battery to stop the recording in case anyone got a hold of the footage and see the embarrassing personal things you do in your room. So put the battery in when you go out and then charge it when you get home

  21. @michellemcintosh68 on April 7, 2025 at 9:32 pm

Wireless ring indoor outdoor cam is spot on,you can remix these cams very versatile

From my car, use a solar system

  27. @notanotherguitarchannel on April 7, 2025 at 9:43 pm

My wireless one sucks. Movement detected, then it takes like 20sec to start recording. By then you just see the person’s feet as the walk out of shot.

  28. @Semesterium on April 7, 2025 at 9:44 pm

  31. @matthewshelley1365 on April 7, 2025 at 9:46 pm

Wow you mean wireless ones don’t have wires and wired ones DO!? Holy shit thank you for this insightful and useful video! Could you maybe make a follow up on what you’re supposed to do after inhaling? I always forget what comes next.

  32. @NexoFire on April 7, 2025 at 9:51 pm

POE Cameras and you forget about batteries, jamming, and interferences. Its cost a bit more to install all the wires but its worth

  33. @misterbowers5995 on April 7, 2025 at 9:53 pm

Ring sucks as far as zooming in The image is NOT clear. Ring will tell you move router closer or clean the camera lens. Really! Do they think everyone is stupid!? Unfortunately I paid for a years subscription. Get a camera with optical lens. Surveillance cameras with optical zoom.

  34. @sicloboost113 on April 7, 2025 at 9:53 pm

  38. @GodIsGreatAllOfTheTime on April 7, 2025 at 9:56 pm

  41. @user-nn6nq8kv3y on April 7, 2025 at 10:00 pm

What about the best audio for the cameras?

  42. @kennethricher45 on April 7, 2025 at 10:00 pm

Wireless is by far the worst. It’s not secure, anyone can hack it and see what you see as well as take control of the device. All the info they need to do so is public knowledge online. Always go Hardwired. Never ever ever chose wireless anything for security.

  43. @ccvee7287 on April 7, 2025 at 10:01 pm

Always wired in my opinion although a home that isn’t wired during construction is hard to get installed in exact locations. You can’t go wrong with POE.

  44. @AbrahamLincoln-j2q on April 7, 2025 at 10:02 pm

What kind of security cameras can’t be hacked?

  45. @Nanayako-q1y on April 7, 2025 at 10:03 pm

    Thank you

  46. @3DHeroes2TV-b6s on April 7, 2025 at 10:05 pm

wired and wireless cameras are the same

  47. @rarenightcore on April 7, 2025 at 10:06 pm

Wireless is unsafe. You can simply turn off the wifi using a deauth attack and they’re useless. Go with wired

  48. @JonathanMartin-p7l on April 7, 2025 at 10:06 pm

Go with wired cameras because thieves can’t shut them off

  49. @Krighton on April 7, 2025 at 10:07 pm

WRONG! Wireless is prone to wifi network signal jammer.
