I worry about the waistbag. It would be a prime target for pickpockets.

  2. @pvasa20 on December 31, 2024 at 6:18 pm

Well you missed lightest rolling cabin and separate laptop bag. China airlines has combined 9kg limit international. Also a lot of hacks with mesh bags to carry stuff etc.

Snacks are a thing for sure and can add weight. Dry fruit and nuts are my go to.

Really want to try out some of Snow Peak’s product, it’s just very pricey.

I really like the Dakine "Jacky" Crossbody. A great little packable purse with a lightweight strap too. I have them in a few colors.

Personally I would prefer one more powerful power bank even if it’s heavier. The peace of mind of knowing I can recharge all my devices multiple time is so worth the weight.

Does anyone know of a company that makes Wizzair or Ryanair sized hand luggage apart from cabinmax? Their bags don’t have any structure so they aren’t a good choice for me, I’d like something more structured that still fits into that tight size allowance.

  19. @jeffone on December 31, 2024 at 6:36 pm

My Sea to Summit bag had the stuff sack portion disintegrate. The material came apart around the part that ties it down. Disappointing.

    “walking cat toy”

  21. @Pterygotus on December 31, 2024 at 6:41 pm

How about Nitecore power banks? Not quite as light as the Clutch power bank, but over double the capacity for a few more ounces makes it worth it to me.

  22. @dbroward on December 31, 2024 at 6:42 pm

PH has perfected the formula of utility, information, and entertainment. Always a pleasure when a new video arrives.

  23. @jutta3790 on December 31, 2024 at 6:44 pm

Can’t wait for the Clutch charger to be available in the EU…

  24. @ThatJoeSen on December 31, 2024 at 6:44 pm

This video came up on my feed, while I was at the Beijing airport. My clutch powerbank just got confiscated bc it doesn’t clearly specify the mAh. So just a warning, don’t carry the clutch battery with you if you’re flying out of China.

  25. @K-Kratos on December 31, 2024 at 6:44 pm

6:48 Nanobags are even smaller, just as durable, and carry just as much.
