Bandwidth is still important when living with multiple people. We were using 16mbits for 4 people. That doesnt end will with that many devices. Now we have 50mbits and its pretty smooth. Yes still slow for some but insane for me.
When you complain about connection drop, latency, packet loss, unstable ping to NBN provider in australia, first thing they will ask you to do internet speed test lmao
I have 3.6 to 3.9 in ping on most speed tests. And close to the 500Mb/s download speed at 480~ Mb/s and over 500Mb/s in upload speed and i pay for 500/500.
I have very terrible internet since I live in a rural area. I have to use a T-Mobile Home Internet 5G Gateway and it is absolutely miserable to play on. For some reason my download speed is significantly faster on WiFi than when I use my CAT7 Ethernet cable. It is a huge difference. Like 90Mbps on Ethernet and 300+Mbps on WiFi. Why would this be the case ?
Ah yes my greatest weakness in every online shooter, it doesn’t matter if I have the best gaming setup with NASA level internet, my spawn location is the thing that is holding me back.
Never forget that piratesoftware recently said on stream that internet speed matters the most when it comes to ping instead of your distance from the server ☠☠☠☠
I would’ve liked to know what part of the device can tell you how good it can connect to the internet. For example, the higher the GPU number the better it is (gtx 4000 model over a gtx 3000 model)
i tested my ping and it was 40 on avg then outta nowhere would just go to 314-320, and when anything slightly interesting in a game happens my ping spikes up to the 300s
Love how the test is at 3:13 AM
use a cat 8 ethernet for best ping
feels like fight future
SO HOW DO I FIX FUCKING PING BELLEND
Is this some kind of nonsense? Is this for real? With hide expert at least something will be visible

starlink is great for gaming from my experience if anyone is planning on switching providers in a rural area
Ping is MOSTLY distance from server this is the most important and he didn’t say
hey Zach, could you ask Call of duty PC to open servers in india? you have a big presence, it could help us a lot.

am i the only one that noticed "more than 1 year" pm the steam downloading lol?
mb/S and mo/S are not the same, so if you take a 1go/S subscription you won’t be downloading 1go/s.
Both my WiFi and ethernet is bottlenecked by copper cables 😢
And use cat 8 shielded
i tested my ping and it was 40 on avg then outta nowhere would just go to 314-320, and when anything slightly interesting in a game happens my ping spikes up to the 300s
No, it actually matters based on your upload speed.
