Man how do you achieve that lighting in your video (the high brightness hot spots + the glowy dreamy effect while maintaining a good lighting for the main object)

"wrist rest" doesn’t help with CTS, it potentially make it worse, bcz it may create some placing point to your palm, hence subconsiously make you want to bend your wrist while you typing on side keys. The best should be placing your elbow on armrest of the chair, and moving your forearms liltle bit when you typing. And they should be call "palm rest", bcz ideally your palm should rest on it, dont place your wrist there as it create pressure and block blood ventilation.

thing is, 2025… seen countless office makeovers and honestly – they all look the same. Same slats, same colour pallete (black, green/black, dark grey accent wall), same Grovemade stuff everywhere, same walnut finish on everything, same arsty nonesense/tech bric-a-brac, or lots of plants… same LED setup… I’s actually now become a meme for me! I feel dreadfully uninspired by all of it. I swear Grovemade just nabbed a ton of influencer deals and it’s just boring, derivate, cookie cutter at this point. For so called "creatives" you guys aint…

i want to know what you’re using for audio interfaces and the (thunderbolt?) docking station instead
so i can plug/charge/connect things like charging my wireless keyboard/mouse, swapping keyboard/mouse quickly, or unplugging them for cleaning, switching audio devices (using headphone vs speaker, changing mic, etc) from above desk without having to reach directly to the back of pc, and act as KVM also (to switch between my PC and my macbook)
saying that the footdesks shipping is higher thand the product so you not buyed it in a video with so many accessories that overal cost like a million is funny

Setup videos in 2042: while at 2000$ this wooden desktop potty chair could be seen as a luxury compared to other cheaper options on Amazon, the ability to poop while sitting at my desk and enjoying a comfy feeling on my butt thanks its proprietary warmcheeks©️™️ technology has really made an impact on my productivity, particularly during meetings or long podcast sessions.
Great desk set up, but it’s the same as 90% of other desk setups I have seen.
