my budget is low. I feel that I need a wired (for hacking defense) poe cat7 non subscription system.

Cat 7 is for future upgrades. Definitly stsy away from blink and Wyze. Weve had both. Wyze is useless, app crashes, cameras wont stay connected. Pointless. Blink cams last about a year and die. I cant speak for any other brand.
And Eufy. Mine lasted 13 months then died. Goes offline all the time for no reason Eufy won’t stand behind it anymore.
