system constantly is offline and factory reset, unplugged the unit and restarted the internet modem. When the system goes offline the internet is working fine. As I write this complaint the systems went offline twice but my Fire Stick TV is working fine and the internet signal is strong so I believe this system is defective I can not safely protect or have surveillance of my home which is why I purchased this system and I can not arm the system from the application without having some type of issue like I arm the system away from home and it detected a noise which is the hub beeping and triggered the alarm so it set it own self off and I’ve sent emails but no response from arlo?
