TWIG Neo – the wearable personal alarm device for lone worker safety

TWIG Neo personal alarm is a dedicated lone worker alarm device designed for lone worker safety and various lone working situations like working alone in an isolated area, mobile work and working outside normal hours.

TWIG Neo personal alarm can be required in high-risk situations where normal smart phone does not provide sufficient safety for the employee working alone and employer is responsible for ensuring the safety of their employees.

TWIG Neo personal alarm device include 2G/3G voice calls, 4G data connection, Automatic ManDown alarm on fall, tilt or impact, rip alarm enabled with lanyard ripcord, Amber alert for risky situations, SOS key for easy alert, configurable UI and keypad, satellite positioning with GNSS, indoor and outdoor location based on signals from short range device beacons, Bluetooth beacons and Wi-Fi base stations, short cut dial keys, device tracking and 2-way hands-free voice calls.

The wearable TWIG Neo is suitable e.g. for lone workers in health and social care, retail industry, maintenance, cleaning, home care and logistics.

TWIG Neo is compatible with TWIG short range devices (SRD): beacons, tags, door sensors and buttons. TWIG Neo can be located with TWIG beacon SRD which enable indoor location tracking and indoor location on site. With TWIG Point Netloc hybrid location the most accurate position is calculated based on signals from satellites (GPS, Glonass and Galileo), mobile network and available signals from SRD, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth beacons.

TWIG Neo is backwards compatible with previous TWIG devices and integrates with various monitoring solutions and systems.
