In India, everyone i know of having a smart speaker/display have an Amazon Echo device. Even I was looking for Echo dot 5 reviews on youtube and ended up here in this video. Thanks for the video btw.
Glazed over the most important thing, with HomeKit, your smart devices are controlled locally. It’s not Google or Amazons cloud reaching in to control a device. It’s your AppleTV or HomePod that actually controls the device.
Instead of quarling the wikipedia pages and then replying i think gemiani and chatgpt integration will be more effective

Im an Apple / iPhone user but I only choose Alexa’s at home.
Siri is near useless… unless you like to hear "I found the following results on the web" while you’re driving and just need to know if there is a fuel station close by. If I wanted to view web results I would have picked up my phone and used a web browser to search myself. Horrible. It’s even worse on something like the Apple Watch, where you’re obviously trying to HEAR the answer to something (either because you’re driving, walking, etc., and don’t or can’t whip out your phone or laptop to search yourself. Unless you ask Siri "What’s two plus two?" you’re going to get "I found the following results on the web" type answers. Pitiful.

I just started using Alexa and even though none of my smart devices are more than 30 feet away from my router. 75% of the time Alexa will answer buy saying device unresponsive. I am not impressed with Alexa.

I’m an Apple fan and think Siri is “ok” in its limited use, but Apple’s routine creation is garbage. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone that wants a robust home automation solution. It’s been like that for years and probably will be for years to come. They should be embarrassed.
