I really advise against those external fans for consoles. At best they decrease the temperature at load by 1C and that could be chalked off by margin of error and at worst they substantially decrease cooling performance. These consoles are manufactured to perform at max load for a really long time without the need of adding anything to it. Ofcourse you would need to dust it off around every 6 months to a year, but besides that you should not worry about the temperatures.
Im gonna get mine ps5 for birhtday in november and i already saw a nice x2 charging dock + ps5 stand with cooling + games stand + headphone stand + theres nice rgb when charging controllers and all this in one for 79£
