I have just had the switch modem,and the belt is unique to it,so the old mz3 will not fit,initially was quite impressed with the switch,but it goes haywire recording on wrist and arm band for cycling,only tried it as the chest strap has given me a rash,so have washed it and see how it goes,cheers THE B4RON

I have the myzone, mz-3 and just got the switch yesterday. I really like myzone, but customer service is absolutely the worst, there is NO phone number to call and the chat is terrible it’s premade question and answers so u can’t ask anything that is not preprogrammed in there system. I also ordered the additional extra black straps that are on backorder and they did not advise me nor did they send my order out on time. It took a week from the time I placed my order for them to ship it and I also paid extra for faster shipping. A+ on product, but F- on customer service and the ability to keep the customer informed. Again A+ on the product, but the absolute worst customer service u will encounter. I will also be making other reviews online. Just to let people know what to expect from myzone.

Swim tracking is pretty accurate and easy to use. Charge lasts 5 days or more before needing to be charged. I don’t have a basis for comparison but I would highly recommend this Fitbit.

Update, the switch unfortunately does not seem to work as well on the arm or wrist, I get much less meps, but when using the chest strap it is fine. Heart rate from chest matches either the treadmill, stepmill or elliptical handles for heart rate, but when wearing it on my arm or wrist it lags behind. I am 6’2 193, I have no fat on my arms, BTW what they don’t tell u is that, the switch can last up to something like 140/160 hours on a charge, that’s if you’re using the chest strap, but only 30/40 hours if it is worn on the wrist or forearm. Personally I don’t think the switch should have been sold, I don’t think it was perfected and myzone put too much money into it and needed to make some money back, which is why the were blowing them out for $89.

Stair master it picked up on wrist ok but didn’t like me lifting weights so that part didn’t record. I didn’t know until l watched this video that it needs to be around the chest to record weight training. I found the belt to be uncomfortable and slip about when l got sweaty. How can l improve this problem?
