Can you make a dedicated video on packing for a 3-day business trip for men when formal clothes are necessary? You have to be groomed well, it is winter so some elegant cold weather gear is important without looking like a dork.
Do you have refs for a quality, comfortable, lightweight backpack? I’m using the Aer travel pack with waist belt. While it’s a great bag, it’s not lightweight. Thanks!
that montbell umbrella looks just like my typical japanese umbrella. ultra light carbon, in case of heavy winds it will even flip back to its shape if it gets blown. mine’s half the price of this montbell (the website says its 56 usd (around 8300 yen, my umbrella was 4000 yen) and weight 76g ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Eversince I started traveling again. I have been looking at this channel’s various videos to see what I need.
Excelentes selecciones de productos podrías dar más opciones de paraguas Saludos. Tom
That is so smart and practical🪥🎒🌂
Nice tips! Which LUMIX camera do you travel with?

Woohoo pack hacker!
Love this video too! And THANK YOU SO MUCH for adding grams and kilograms!🙏🏼
My favourite travel backpack is the Durston Kakwa 40. For a 40l pack (55l if you include all the external pockets) it only weighs a bit under 800 gm. It’s also a super comfortable carry since it is a hiking backpack made to carry heavy loads all day. Unfortunately it’s not a front loading/clam shell opening, so you do have to be strategic and organised with how you pack it. For the cheaper cost, more volume and a more comfortable carry, it’s an easy sacrifice since I always use pouches, stuff sacks and packing cubes for my travels anyway.
traveling to Nairobi, Kenya next month from los angeles for a few weeks using only ONE bag, my AER travel pack 3. I ordered the Aurelle toothbrush and the Altec Lansing speaker to take with me, thanks to your video. Thanks Pack Hacker!
I can recommend Montbell umbrellas. I use the Montbell Long Tail a while now, and I’m happy. The long tail has a special form – a long tail – to keep your backpack dry. Althought it’s slightly heavier, I wouldn’t change this umbrella.
that umbrella is only keeping your head and down to your chest dry. maybe also the arm holding it.
If Tom Bihn made a Techonaut 45 in X-PAC, I’d be all over it for my travels. Until then, the Able Carry Max is the best travel backpack I’ve seen yet. But… c’mon Tom Bihn – let’s see those X-PAC Techonauts! Count me in
I am going a 2 week vacation to a hot place what should i pack flight alone with layover is like 56 hrs idk man what should i pack
I love your videos. They make me discover a bunch of very useful gears.
I also start to want to travel each time 😅
Good Video.
How about doing more of a budget minded version of these videos? Almost 400.00 for the featured backpack is a little steep. But I might be a cheap-o. How about a few more realistic everybody versions.
the 1.15 kg bag is not that lightweight! What about Patagonia blackhole, Osprey Nebula, or just some cheap Jansport? For us back problem people this is a big deal,
The sling looks like it would make a decent tech bag during traveling.
Just empty into your backpack or luggage at destination(s) to use the sling as a sling.
More of this please, lightweigt gear that is applicable for all sorts of travel ❤
Shirtless Tom❤❤❤❤❤
Is there anywhere a foldable or packable messenger bag?
Micro usb on the speaker 🤮
Loved this video! I know its a bit early but would you be able to do a list of good travel essentials to get people as holiday gifts?
