What would be more important to know is: Why do you prefer ifixit over other brands? what makes them so special for you? what does ifixit provide for you ehat others dont?
I could buy one like this but it isnt a IFixIt one but the one I found had all of these things in it and it was really cheap it was ₱272 and if you convert that to us dollar you will find it cheap
I had this kit and it was okay. The bits are made of Chinesium mystery metal. On a stubborn #000 flathead I was able to twist the bit, rendering it unusable. Then on a T10 or T8 security bolt it straight up broke since the bit has to be hollow on the inside. Nice screwdriver though.
Since then I’ve used tools from Tekton which hasn’t let me down yet. Their Everybit kit is a cheap essential, whether it’s the Tech rescue kit or the one I have, that includes the ratchet screwdriver and case.
wifey got this for me as I am IT tech. LOVE LOVE LOVE this kit. I was able to open my daughter’s macbook. I am not sure what’s wrong with it except the battery but yeah. Anyhoo LOVE LOVE LOVE this toolkit
